Ah, yes the cliche…. this photo is pregnant with so many different messages I don’t even know where to begin. It’s really 2 different photos and yet there is no Photoshopping of it.
***UPDATE*** Forgot to add this photo — also from the American Thinker blog:

Is that Crowley?
If it is, then why would a racist cop help a black man with a cane? WHY?!?!?!?!?!?
Maybe BHO is a germophobe.
“Maybe BHO is a germophobe.”
Who are you, Glenn Beck all of a sudden? Do you have any proof of that? Has he ever expressed a hatred for the Bosche?
That’s why I qualified it with a “maybe.” The most telling thing in the pics is, however that BHO is detached in the one and Bush is involved in the other. I really believe BHO is so enamoured of himself, it would be beneath him to assist someone else.
Also, Mike, I was not saying “germanophobe” you meatball!
Damn, I was going to use that joke.
Sorry, Matt, but I’m the German here who got forced into a defensive posture by my own good friend Mr. Kriskey.
Disclaimer: The meatball comment is not intended to be an Italian slur.
“The meatball comment is not intended to be an Italian slur.”
That’s good, cause I’m more of a galumki, myself.
You mean Kriskey’s not an Eye-talian?
“You mean Kriskey’s not an Eye-talian?”
My name only ends in a vowel sometimes.
Well, let’s see…Robert Byrd was the only Senator in the 20th Century to vote against every Civil Rights and Voting Rights Act(except perhaps Sam Ervin).George W. Bush is a racist!
Is that Harry Reid behind Byrd trying to push him down the stairs?
Wouldn’t put it past him,Fritz..he’s YOUR senator
Why is he always “MY” Senator? I never voted for him.
“The meatball comment is not intended to be an Italian slur.”
That’s good, because I’m more of a golomki, myself.

That’s weird. I can’t post a reply here. I’ll try again.
“The meatball comment is not intended to be an Italian slur.”
I’m more of a gulumki, so that’s good.
It wouldn’t take the correct spelling of “gulumki,” so I spelled it phonetically.
What’s wrong with “golomki?”
Obama only cares about himself. Remember when he insulted Nancy Regan during Obama’s tenure in the Office Of The President Elect:
Obama also said he’s spoken with all “living” presidents, joking that
“I didn’t want to get into a Nancy Reagan thing about, you know, doing
any seances.”
It’s just par for the course.
Meanwhile, Nancy Reagan (admittedly an astrology-believer) never conducted any seances.
He was apparently thinking of Hillary Clinton, the woman Obama appointed Secretary of State, who communed with Eleanor Roosevelt.
And looks a lot like her too!
I think this picture shows that Crowley is far from the racist he’s supposed to be. But I really can’t say it makes Obama look bad (as much as I hate to say it). He could’ve considered Crowley helping him to be a good political move, or Crowley just got to him first. Also though, does Gates always use a cane? Or is he just pulling the oldest courtroom trick in the book?
I believe he does use a cane normally. It’s not like Ted Kennedy’s neckbrace. (“Hey! This comes right off!”)
So, Mike Brady won’t expose him anytime soon.
Ha! The whiplash epsiode!
He’s waiting for Obama to touch him so he can throw the stick away and walk normally.
Beautiful.
You may have a point there Floyd. After all he is trying to euthanize the sick and old. Sorry, I meant heal the sick and old with Obamacare!
I just love the fact that Robert Byrd is a Democrat. He completes them.
I’ve finally figured out who Robert Byrd reminds me of: http://tinyurl.com/ltrjxl
After I threw up, I thought awhile, and thought…maybe…O was trying to make Crowley look good.
But it doesn’t jibe with what I know of this man, sorry.
I thought about that too, Wankette. Especially because the photo was taken by an official White House photographer, and posted on the White House website.
But you’re right. It doesn’t jibe with the man who sought to address the people of earth from the Brandenburg Gates, or designed the stage at the Democratic National Covention to look like Mount Olympus.
I think the idea the image was supposed to convey was that Obama was “leading the way toward a post-racial future.” It just shows what poor judgment Obama and his staff have, and how unfamiliar they all are with normal people.
I showed this picture to my brother. He’s a cop and former army officer and he loved it. He said it made him proud to be a cop and that it represented those who serve and those used to being served!
Oops – served. Apologies.
Mike: Fixed it, Dooley. Too good a line to leave a typo in it!
I miss W.
The whole place felt a lot safer, didn’t it?
