  Mmmmm, sounds awfully good. So it’s kind of a toasted mushroom mcmuffin?

  Also love how the ingredient list says mushrooms and butter. Then the recipe goes on to talk about parsley, onions, salt and pepper, and an egg and toast.

  I was perhaps too hasty in my posting – let’s make that a new-found respect for Elwood’s dietary predilections. I’ve always had an abiding respect for his taste in music, used cars and shades.

  But a tip o’the hat for expanding my appreciation for toast, both “dry, white” and dressed up in a variety of oddball forms.

  PS Thanks for a most entertaining site – try not to let my brother (trzupr the younger) ruin it.
