I saw Inglorious Bastards this weekend and I have to say I loved it. Now as I say this realize I am no drooling Tarantino fan boy and conversely hate most of his movies but in this case it was great fun and worth probably multiple viewings.
On a completely random note I finished my big building project at home which was a giant 6×4 bookshelf made entirely of 2×12s. It weighs a ton but is so solid that I was able to walk around on it without so much as a wobble. That my friends is how furniture is supposed to be, real wood and no veneer.

There’s a treehugger out there with you in his sights.
it was a fantastic movie.
How would you rate the violence? I don’t mind some good shooting and blood, but I worry about this one being too much for me.
Well, at least you got the spelling right. More than one can say for Terentino.
I don’t think I’ll be able to watch Inglourious Basterds.
I cannot support misspellings.
Remember that next time you reach for a Led Zeppelin, Def Leppard or Enuff’Z'Nuff album.
And how ’bout the way he murders the simple name -Mike!, Eric?
Eh, at least he attempted to class up the joint with the superfluous Brit-style “u.”
You know “Z’nuff” is the last name the dude who started Enuff’Z'Nuff, right?
But of course.
I think I just figured out the reason for conspiracy theories:
Comfort.
It is comforting to think that 19 men could not kill 3000 people and, in the process, bring down to symbol of American wealth.
It is comforting to think that a single redneck could not possibly be able to kill the most revered civil rights leader.
It is also comforting to think that a loser*, acting alone, could not shoot and kill the most powerful man in the free world.
*A loser who happened to be a former Marine sniper, but a loser, nonetheless.
