Love this statement: “Russian human rights activists immediately criticized the initiative saying that these vigilante teams would mean that police are incapable of maintaining order and keeping criminals off the streets.”
To which I would reply – Duh!
(Sorry, think I just dropped the blog another grade level.)
But not below the grade level of Russian human rights activists.
Happened to watch “Amazing Race” last night. A group of tasks were Russian military themed. One of them included wrapping your feet in a bandage-like material. Yes, this is what Russian troops use instead of socks. Craptastic, indeed.
More power to them.
ANYTHING that allows “human rights activists” to protest something NOT being done by the U.S. is a minor victory.
