Governor Commando
Governor Schwarzenegger sent the above message in vetoing the bill of an Assemblyman who had earlier told Arnold to “kiss my gay ass.” His office is saying it was a “coincidence”. Yeah right. Not the classiest way to respond, but it would’ve been even better if he’d had an acrostic for “a**hole” for pure Commando fun.
That is both classic and the genesis of my name for my little brother… “Asshole!” in an Austrian accent. Good times.
That is awesome! Genius! I have newfound respect for the guy.
One of the things I have always thought is that every member of a Legislative body should have to write an explanation on their vote (or in BO’s case abstaining from voting) similar to what the Supreme Court has to do when they make a decision. I have to imagine it would bring out a lot of high comedy.
What the article failed to mention was when Arnold was giving his speech, Ammiano yelled out “You lie.” and other heckling statements.
I love that! I have a new found respect for Arnold myself. Too awesome.
