Fred Thompson loves him. Fred says basically the same as you Floyd, that he disagrees with him A LOT, but he’s one of the few that when they disagree, Fred checks his own facts. He respects him that much. He still don’t line up with him most of the time, but deeply respects him.

I personally don’t mind liberals, I’m related to a few really wonderful ones. I don’t much care what you choose, I just want to know you thought about it and did it on purpose.

I had a chance to meet him when he was on a tour of military bases back in 2005 and he didn’t make it to KBay. I have a friend who has worked with him and says he is a peach of a guy. Encouraging etc. McCain on the other hand……..A-Hole.
