Normally I'd say no Peter Wolf, no J. Geils Band, but what the heck? It's Halloween and Fright Night's one of my favorite movies, scary or otherwise.

if anyone in the political class was TRULY about serving the public and wanted to see the nation's economy take off they'd lower payroll taxes to almost nil so you get a good chunk of what you earn.

instead of you know, having to pay for something a bunch of long dead people voted for in the 1930s.

In the interesting but useless category is the claim how well the recovery act is going:
http://www.recovery.gov/Pages/home.aspx
Like anything in government, the site is cumbersome, slow, hard to decipher, and probably lacks accuracy by at least 50%.
But dividing how much money has been spent so far with the amount of jobs claimed (even if the 640k jobs were accurate), we haven't gotten much bang for the buck. But that's not too surprising, is it?
