Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And three of the SEALs who captured him are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber,” told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.

I cannot tell ya’ll how this pisses me off. I called it BULLSHIT on my facebook page because it is. This is disgusting. I am glad the guys went for a trial. They want to make this into a farce awesome. Something has to be done though. We need to complain LOUDLY!

Tell you what. Let’s ask the captives of the SEAL’s alleged victim how they were treated. Oh, that’s right, they were mutilated, burned, and hung from a bridge.
This example of the emasculation of our armed forces didn’t just start with Obama, although he and minions no doubt approve, but something that obviously has been slowly creeping in over time. Remember when we had Mullah Omar literally in the cross-hairs at the beginning of the Afghan War but permission was withheld to take him out because of worry about what “the lawyers” might say?
A lawyer nixed the takedown of Omar’s Toyota because the lawyer was worried tehre were innicent people there. Bullshit.
This is an infamy.

FOX is doing a webpoll on this story. Percentage of voters who believe that this action against the SEALs is a dangerous message to send to our troops: 98%. And yeah, it’s FOX, so it’s going to be a big number. But 98%? That tells you something.
