Welcome to Threedonia, Lavada! I hope you had a good Thanksgiving. As far as better off is concerned, strangely, we are better off than 9 years ago. I find that when the Republicans are in office, my finances are trash, and when it’s the Dems, I do better. Don’t ask me to explain it because it flies in the face of any kind of logic, and it would never cause me to vote Dem. I think it seriously has more to do with choices I’ve made, than anything political. I’m not, nor have ever been on the dole from the government, so I owe no allegiance to any handouts of free money, so that’s not it.
