Global Warming can evidently cause Global Cooling, too, but we should ignore Global Cooling as "A temporary anomaly which proves the larger trend of Global Warming." Drives me nuts, these kinds of cyclical arguments. If you say "The Bible is true because The Bible says it's true," well, the Bible may well be true (I think it is), but that's not a valid argument, and anyone worth their salt - believer or not - would point that out immediately. And yet damn near every Global Warming person I've talked to in the last 15 or 20 years has used exactly that kind of argument to support their point. Yeah, it’s kind of amazing, isn’t it?
