Can’t he just skip Congress and run for President? One of the best political speeches I’ve heard in some time!
How come Florida gets all the good ones – first Rubio, and now West.
He’s impressive.

Tremendous. Inspiring. Wonderful. Trying times have a way of bringing great leaders to the fore, and this would appear to be more proof of that.
I really love this guy. He wins that seat. Period. And if he does, I am going to ask him personally to take down that botoxed horses ass Bill Nelson. Can you see this guy in the US Senate? Lindsey Graham wouldn’t know what to do. What a welcome voice along with Marco Rubio eh?
I agree Stephanie. It was like the evening I heard Sarah Palin’s speech at the Republican convention. It is so rare we hear politicians speak what they truly believe, from their hearts that it totally amazes us when we see it. It should be the norm, but unfortunately, President Obama’s speeches are the norm.
That’s a guy I would be honored to cast a vote FOR. I’d love to see the Leftist Congressional Black Congress have to deal with Colonel West (Yeah, I know it says LTC, allow me the shorthand). Great speech. This is the kind of fresh blood our political class needs. NOW!
The CBC would deal with him by pretending he doesn’t exist. Or isn’t black.

It’s actually standard parlance to say Colonel in either case. Also, I doubt the CBC could ignore this guy.
