Ready for another outrage courtesy of our tyrannical Congress?

While catching up on some Mark Levin shows from this past week I learned of potentially extreme expansion of federal regulation of water. Any body of water, pond or water that collects after a heavy rain could come under the scrutiny of the EPA. Where does this out of control agency stop?

Let’s hope this doesn’t see the light of day. Here’s a link for anyone interested.
