The former video channel, fresh from airings of classics like Thirteen Ghosts and Idle Hands, is cranking up its movie studio to remake Teen Wolf.
Tyler Posey, who is best known for his roles in “Lincoln Heights” and “Brothers & Sisters,” will take on the role of Scott McCall, a dorky high-school student who gains a slew of new powers after being attacked by a wolf – including the gift of attracting girls.
Young stars Tyler Hoechlin (“7th Heaven”), Crystal Reed (MTV’s “Hard Times”) and Dylan O’Brien have also been cast in the pilot.
Who could forget James Hampton as the fatherly werewolfe, Jerry Levine as the drunken buddy (the fag speech in the garage is a classic), or uber-cutie Susan Ursitti. I’m sure they’ll be replaced by cast-offs from VH-1 reality series.

Plus Mark “Hey, it’s Enrico Pallozzo!!!” Holton. Damn, man, can’t forget Chubby, even if he did also appear in the sequel…
I don’t even think Michael J. Fox gives a damn about this…
Next they will come for “Computer Wore Tennis Shoes” and “The World’s Greatest Athlete”, but of course Disney would then have to sue. When will it all end? THE HORROR!
I’ll watch anything Jan Michael Vincent.
Oooh! That’d be a good one: MTV Presents “Apocalypse Now” featuring Rhianna
