Abortion Deal?

Firedoglake — a far Lefty blog for the uninitiated — is reporting that a deal between Pelosi and Bart Stupak has been struck. Now will pro-choice Dems vote against it because it prevents them for using our money to continue their slaughter?

This just isn’t making a lot of sense. So, who knows what the hell is going on?

Any pro-life democrat who is assuaged by any deal on abortion “language” is kidding themselves. If they are truly against abortion the only acceptable language is “no”.

Nahhhhh Degette came out and said if abortion isn’t funded in the bill the pro choicers would leave. They are in disarray. I haven’t heard anygthing from my contacts but I think we win this one guys. I really do.

  • What drives the passion that causes Pelosi and Obama and their leftist ilk to extol abortion as some kind of holy right or rite? Is it that they want abortion for themselves and their daughters? Not very likely. They want it for you and me, that we may destroy our offspring. They are like the tomcat that kills the litter of other tomcats and the little league coach that coaches the team so that his kid can be a star. Note also how Pelosi and Obama want the best schools for their children and the worst schools for yours and mine.
And note also how the only children they seem to care about are the illegitimate ones born onto the welfare rolls and into public housing as wards of their almighty state. Pelosi and Obama are bad people and nothing they do is Christian.

Ace of Spades concurs with Stephanie – Pelosi doesn’t ave the votes yet. The pro-death crowd won’t put up with any compromise. So far the Stupak block is holding.
