Lyrics and “vocals” are of my doing, though the images are not. Chanced across them on a Yahoo image search, someone’s Flicker account, which had about 100 images. I poached the best ones (and they are sooooo awesome) and hope they don’t mind.

Nah its more of a Putinesque Ologarchy. Not like our Daddy’s Russia. Maybe more dangerous though.
Methinks Putin, like the ChinComs, are not concerned with the ideology of socialism and marxism. That lesson they learned from the fall of the Soviets. It’s about Power, getting it and holding it. Shamelessly and without guilt (Much like Madame Pelosi but without the hair care products).
Like when the USSR finally caved in on itself, ChiComs seemed to say, “Well, the Marxist POV is nice for the parades, but if we need to keep our Control, we better turn this economy around.” They began allowing foreign (capitalist) businesses in. Smart move, or they would have ended up like the Soviets. But the police apparatus is still firmly in place.
Putin and the Chinese are nationalists; heavy-handed, but ideologically more flexible. But it also means they can never be a full-blown market economy, as that would compromise their hold (and it would mean an end to the slave-labor the Chinese use).
Which brings up one of the “elephants in the living-room” of the American economy: the migrant/illegal-alien workers here.
