O.K., for those of you keeping score, yesterday Charles Foster took me to task for posting what he claimed was a boring music video. It was a video made in the 70′s of a British band of three guitarists and a drummer, performing a pop song in a store front in the open, in London. That, to Chuck was lame.
So, today, here’s a video made in the 70′s of a British band of three guitarists and a drummer, performing a pop song in the open, in London. What say you, now, Charles?
This video has a James Lilek’s Music Video Rating of 7. Great song, great nostalgia. In the 70′s I wore the same Levi’s jacket Nick Lowe is sporting here.

I think the Beatles and U2 did it better.
I started to say “what is that a remake of” — but I guess that’s the original? Where have I heard that?
Kath — Got any Elvis Costello records? I think his version is marginally better known than Rockpile’s (seen here).
