Classic Pick O’ the Day — March 5

Room at the Top (1959)
A young accountant claws his way to the top in the boardroom and the bedroom.

I haven’t seen this in years, but it’s a pretty compelling story as Harvey throws over Signoret (who won an Oscar here) for the younger woman. It could have easily slipped into melodrama, but never did.
