Similarly, my lib friends on FB are acting like someone shit in their cereal this morning. They’ve duly informed me that “the poor and middle classes in WI are weeping” over this election, and that Walker “bought” his victory rather than winning fairly. Whatever the hell that means. Losing gracefully has never been the Left’s strong suit.
Ann Althouse has a vote by county map of Wisconsin you need to share with your friends. Wisconsin’s rural poor and middle class are not crying, just the big city, machine bosses.
Logic and facts don’t get me very far with this crowd, but I’ll be sure to check out the map for my own edification.

This is where our side finally needs to switch into “demand a recount” mode. No more just lying down and accepting slim outcomes.
The vote is still close and they are still being counted but the State Senate Democrat has declared victory.
The Senate does not convene till January and by that time the whole thing will change. Its a Pyrric victory..so enjoy their ignorance. I am.
Commentarama had a great breakdown about the futility if the Dems actually won (ooh, bigger parking spaces for a few months), so while I agree with you, Stephanie — OK, everyone’s hearts re-start — I still don’t like our side’s constantly taking it over the head with these cheaters. Walker stood up and stared down the bullies, and it’d be nice to see others follow suit.
