Yes, there is something more evil and they did it here. It apparently is not sufficent justice to round up suspected spies, deny them trial, summarily execute them, spit on and kick their dead bodies. Justice is still not served until the dead bodies of accused spies are dragged through the streets behind a gang of motorcycle terrorists! Now, that’s justice! So yes, hiding behind women and children is bad, dishonoring the dead is worse. Good thing Muhammad said cannibalism is bad!

Guys I have some questions pursueing elder abuse allegations towards some individuals. Its about my Moms last few months..well more than that. Long story. Help is needed.
I know there are laws against it, but Floyd would be the go-to guy on that one, and he’s out of pocket for the week in the Bahamas with all the Floydlings! If it has to do with a nursing home or care facility, you’d best consult an attorney licensed in the state where the problem happened.
Relations. Fritz I have a very long detailed list of things that happened. I wish I knew a lawyer that would help us pro bono. No one on this side of the issue has money.
It’s hard to prove, Steph. My grandmother went through the same thing with the staff at the nursing home, and relatives who would show up to “take care” of her. The latter robbed her blind and there was a big showdown at her wake. Ugly. If you have proof other than a he/she said thing, then go for it.
The fact that my Mom wrote a letter and it disappeared should raise questions. Its not just elder abuse..its worse. Moms lawyer said not to raise the questions till everything was out of her apartment. sigh….
BTW the coroners report was supposed to be available this week and so far nada. I think they may be holding it.
Any chance your Mom’s lawyer will be able to be of help?
Oh, and if there’s a chance of something that was criminal…you may want to contact the local police where she lived! They may be able to do a cursory investigation to see if there may be charges or a deeper investigation warranted.
Her lawyer said wait till her stuff is in storage. Sigh..rolling my eyes. Reason is my oldest sister is a narcissitic sociopath and if that starts they will come after us and the estate. Let me say that freak will spend millions just to take what little mom had. I may call the lawyer on Friday and just ask why should we wait if we suspect foul play? I know some lawyers that would crush her royal highness for the simple reason they’d enjoy watching the princess go down. She’s the other sisters protector.
