I don’t say it often enough, but thank you for these things. It often starts conversations with my kids about our military and our history. Conversation I would forget to have in the busyness of my life.
My opinion of “Pearl Harbor” is the same as my opinion of “Titanic”: it would be a great movie if they had just cut out the first two hours.
I thought the “attack” scene was magnificent. I thought the rest of the movie created a huge vacuum!
