And speaking of waiver denials, how about this ironic irony. Teddy Kennedy would be so pleased and proud. Chirren, ya know.
So, I wonder how long before Hobby Lobby starts laying off people and closing down stores. The way that business is run, I can’t imagine the owners running a business when they are required to violate their moral convictions. Maybe they’ll be able to figure something out, who knows?
Cut all employees hours to less than 30. I think that would prevent Hobby Lobby, or any other business, from having to comply. But that would only make the oligarchs in Washington DC pass more laws creating the Single Payer system King Barack the Rotten wants.

Here is where we will either see the beginning of the hoi polloi standing firm on conviction in the face of tyranny, or another ‘compromise’ with Mammon to avoid the slings and arrows of bad publicity.
Doesn’t this violate equal protection since there were a million reprieves written into the original law?
Good point! This matter should be taken to the highest court in the land!! Oh, wait … WASS.
Well, it’s a start…
