That was hideous. I did laundry during half time but did see enough of the show to determine that it was trash that millions of our Suns were exposed to. Someone said that Flacco’s F-bomb was inconsequential after Bouncy’s air-f**king for 15 minutes.

Alas, again I am forced to ignore the open-ness of the thread and comment on the clip, from one of the finest and funniest sitcoms ever. Policeman-turned-actor Dennis Farina was once asked what television police show was closest to the real thing and he was supposed to have answered, “Barney Miller.”
Lot’s of truth here. I received this in an e-mail from a friend this morning:
I just received my tax return for 2012 back from the IRS. It puzzles me!!!
They are questioning how many dependents I claimed.
I guess it was because of my response to the question: “List all dependents?”
I replied: 20 million illegal immigrants; 3 million crack heads;
42 million unemployed people on food stamps, 2 million people in over 243 prisons;
Half of Mexico; and 535 persons in the U.S. House and Senate.”
Evidently, this was NOT an acceptable answer. I KEEP ASKING MYSELF, WHO THE HELL DID I MISS?
Oh, yeah, before I forget…I still think the 49ers got robbed last night. The last TD pass play where the Ravens interfered and no penalty on the play, lost them the game. Truthfully, I think the officiating this past season, after the strike was over, was totally the worst I’ve ever seen! Who referees the refs?
I’m not going to whine about the PI non-calls throughout; however, can we talk about the uncalled offsides by the lavenders during the 9ers two point conversion atttempt? That was the game, no?
Newtown School District, in apparent agreement with the NRA, orders armed guards to be placed at their schools. I guess the gun-grabbing liberals won’t be able to use them as props in their anti-freedom crusade anymore.
Hopefully it’ll put a damper on it. Or at least it would, if the media would actually report it. You’d think this would be pretty major news, given all the national interest in Sandy Hook, but three days later and the only place I’ve seen it is in the Bronxville-Eastchester Patch.
I’m considering changing careers again –> armed school security guard. I pray it never happens, but if it were to, I’d love to pop a cap in one of those nutjob’s melons. Does that make me a bad person?
Well, you and I have different views on how to stop this type of threat, then. I figure that once whatever passes for your mind has made the decision to deliberately harm a child, then your right to have your mind housed safely in your skull is forfeit.
Are you talking about a male nutjob or female nutjob. The former will definitely be the end of the road for said nutjob. The latter … well … it just might be a mere flesh wound.
Richard was hardly the ogre portrayed by WS.He was in fact handsome, cultured, and extremely brave, the last of England’s warrior kings(Henry the Eighth was far more cruel).Phillippa Gregory has written some good novels in the past few years about the Wars of the Roses(or asthey were known then, the Cousins’ War).
York Minster would be the logical place for his remains to rest, since it was the capital of northern England, where Richard and his family were revered.
Yawn…I cut over to Downton Abbey

America has gotten really very tacky within the past 40 years. It just keeps getting worse! “Tacky Central”…the White House!
If anyone noticed, after the game one of the Ravens players had on a T Shirt reading “Psalms 91″

That was Ray Lewis, he always wears it during the post game stuff.
Ray Lewis? Really? Well.. what do you know.. there’s more to the guy than that helmet with the wild facemask.

Maybe it was he who dimmed the stadium lights, too.

Naw. It’s exactly like this.
When I was a kid, we watched this show every night. Love it!
You may be giving away your age with this comment, Sweety!
Tink was a child prodigy who was able to discern the profound humor from her cradle. Besides, she was watching the re-runs.
Leave us girls alone, you meany! We’re very delicate.
That’s true, -fritz-.
From goozer’s lips…
Hysterical.

Few can dead-pan or double-take like Abe Vigoda. Legen — wait, and wait some more for it — dary!
Abe Vigoda…a man’s man!
Bill Murray has a very nice dead pan, too.
Not disagreeing, but I always thought Bill the king of casual and/or sarcastic indifference.
Agree! Agree! Exactly. Vigoda’s reeks of genuine disgust; Murray’s is all snark.
One of the most consistently funny, and brilliant, TV comedies from beginning to end.
My favorite ep was werewolf guy (“Down, Mr Kopechne!”).

That crackpot office of inconsistency: Roger Goodell. God spare us!

Double-tap — and one in the heart just to be sure.
Oh, baby! Of course, I would not want to kill anyone … just stop the threat.

This is so exciting! And god or gargoyle, the Bard knew who buttered his bread, so he played it wisely.
John Milton and Andrew Marvell did it too!
John Milton. My guru. He led me back from the brink.

Any opinions on the confirmation of finding Richard III? I think it’s pretty darn cool, and a good story, too.
