Californians get caught attempting to commit voter fraud to get the minimum wage raised. The fact that the city employee who caught them was an old friend of mine’s wife makes me want to share this even more.
Now, a Daly City paid signature-gatherer faces a maximum of three years in jail if she is convicted of circulating a petition with false or forged signatures. Laura Frei, 55, is set to be arraigned Thursday.
Ah ha! I addressed the issue a few posts ago, that petition gatherers are can be of low moral character even though they aren’t politicians themselves (yes, that’s what I said). San Jose is in a financial crisis, so the knuckleheads want a wage increase. Hello, Texas! Good for your old friend’s wife. Acorn buster!!!
Got Al K. Holic’s address wrong,too.
Good for her! And don’t mess around in her cabinets either.
Apple sauce before tomato sauce and yams on the end!!! Like!
ISWYDT in keeping with the news of the day. We just need our sticks and a stiff upper lip to defend against the machine guns, eh? I hope we survive the big war on our country, 2009-2017. Bugger!
I’m watching this, too. She was daughter of judge who gave shitbag unfavorable employment ruling. Shitbag has a manifesto. Shitbag.
I stand corrected: not daughter of judge but of LAPD captain who testified against shitbag for being a shitbag on the job.
How awful. I read about the couple being killed over the weekend and thought how strange it was. I hope they are able to catch him before he hurts anyone else.
And of course someone on the Left will jump on this to blame the guns … not the evil dirtbag … the guns …
God bless all cops everywhere who bravely serve in one of the hardest jobs in America. My prayers go out to the grieving families and to the police that they find this evil dirtbag and … well, let me just say, it would be nice if they save California taxpayers a long trial…
Just more fuel for the democrat’s twisted stats fire! Where’s Dirty Harry when ya really need him?
Prayers for the victims and family!
Floyd, ya’ll and the rest of the Turbos be careful!!!
I’m guessing Krugman thinks death panels are fine as long as he (or a totalitarian he likes) is deciding who lives and who dies. Death panels only become a problem with those dastardly Republicans control them.
This was my favorite of all the Blackadder series, and this ending was wrenching. The chef episode was one of the best BritCom half-hours, ever (“Actually, Baldrick, that was a call from Pope Benedict the Ninth…”).
