Two of my personal favorites. Chris Duarte, veteran blues guitarist and damn nice guy, along with southwest Ohio’s own Scotty Bratcher, tearing it up in Columbus some summers ago. Bratcher regularly performs a wicked variation of Duarte’s “My Way Down” during performances. Bratcher has become a regional sensation, regularly opening up for national acts such as Joe Bonamassa and playing along side Kenny Wayne Shepherd Group vocalist Noah Hunt.
Chris Duarte is great!! I’ve bee looking for some good videos of his performances. I saw him several years ago opening for Joe Satriani at a small club in Detroit (St. Andrews Hall). What a great show…

I’m not a journalist, just a schlubb…
Those two are not necessarily mutually exclusive.
I can attest to that.
Too Funny!
