What’s sad is how “par for the course” this is here. Chicago & all of Illinois are run by idiots like this, as if it’s all some kind of game. What’s really sad is that the people keep electing these folks! (to the presidency, even!) Maybe it’s all too broken to fix at this point, anyway?
