South Florida and UConn faced off in the Big East baseball tournament last week in Clearwater at the home of the Threshers, but we’re delayed by rain. Five hours, a few hundred fans, plenty of rain, a giant tarp, and 50 jocks filled to the brim with Red Bull – hey, lets dance!

Ah, UConn! My alma mater.
(Is it your alma mater if they ask you to leave?)
Those always make me think of Rick Dempsey — the original rain delay elf. I could not not find any You Tubes of his rain delay power slides — backwards cap and all.
I love to watch the Huck Finn come out in men. Tis a beautiful sight!
This is for the Texans…
Thanks Eric. I have a long deceased uncle who used to play in the old Texas League back in the 1920s and early 30s. Not positive about the years.
I caught a Threshers game there last summer. My sister-in-law’s boss has season tickets. It’s also home of the Phillies’ spring training.
Papelbon created a monster.
