Long time family friend eh? Glad to see the sisterhood is such a virtue they teach the skanks down Argetin way. Ho…ho…ho. Mark doesn’t get off easy either but still….I have had a married man or two come onto me and my reply is how would you explain this to your wife because thats the first person I am going to tell about this … nips it in the bud right there and then. Stephanie, while I applaud your blood lust, I don’t think the real political problem is the affair, those are rarely fatal in politics anymore. The problem is that he disappeared for several days before this came out. Nobody knew where he was — not his staff, not the LT Gov., not his family or even his security detail. And that gave his opponents a great opportunity to play a game of political Where’s Waldo.

By the way, his office put out a statement that the Argentinian women was a long time family friend.

I don’t think Sanford is even stupid. I think he got caught up in something beyond his ability to control. I think the guy has issues beyond him being a narcissistic pol. He was a good Gov. Wouldn’t take any of the cash Obama pulled from our wallets. Was forced to. And now this? I have questions: Why did he go down there? To beg her not to release emails? How did he meet this skank anyway. Yes before anyone starts going off on me for saying that I have this retort. I am married, if some ho ever started sniffing around my hubby like a dog in heat I’d kick her ass so far she’d land on Mars. I mean that to. As Lorreta Lynn sang she would be eating a meal called fist city.
As far as addressing the voters of SC, Mrs. Sanford should have done it and she should have said I understand why the people of South Carolina are so upset. However this issue of Maria (I HATE THAT NAME!) is between my husband and me I will take care of it. Have no fears. And when I am done, there will be no more talk of Maria. Ever.

One of the pluses in the Sanford favor is his total distain for last weekend’s Hallmark Holiday. Did a list of talking points go out from JournoList with this at the top. (Right above how important it is for him to be ready for that 3am phone call.) We live in stupid times.

But de does nicely demonstrates that “without stupidity, the GOP wouldn’t have any leaders and the Democrats any voters”, doesn’t he?

Carbon Cap & Trade is also supposed to be voted on in the House on Friday. Ms. Speaker (never shutting up) Pelosi is ramming it through without a read and before the sheeple wake up and complain. Al Gore’s fib will pay off…for him.
