Guilty as charged, but if going to Google images and typing the search term, "Danish Supermodel" is wrong, I don't want to be right.

fritz, are you sure the blueberries weren't handpicked by below minimum wage earning illegal Mexicans, and simultaneously fertilized by their lack of a port-o-potty? That gives double meaning to the "Bombs" on the sign.

Pretty Scandinavian girls are a dime a dozen.... there's only one Danish Christian existential philosopher of any note. Besides you had to Google her to find out she was Danish in any case.

Matt... the dough was hand-rolled by real Mexicans with hair nets. I think there was damn dirty hippy labor involved too. Real dough, real glaze, real blueberries.

For your information the aforementioned blueberries used in those Danish rolls were handpicked by liberals and as growing, were fertilized with the crap from free range eider ducks who'd never been besmirched with breeding outside of their particular genus, etc., etc. No diversity at work here. Is this too difficult to understand?

The difference was probably in the blueberries they used. Usually bakeries buy big tubs o' fruit fillings that are pretty generic. They may have used some locally, or semi-locally, made preserves maybe mixed with fresh, whole blueberries that accounts for the exceptional flavor. That may be why they were pricey, especially if they were Maine blueberries (you're vacationing in or around CA I take it - shipping costs). The rest of the pastry is just laminated dough and apricot glaze. But yeah, from the name of the place and liberals' attack on big business, you'd think they'd be giving them away for practically charity the way they expect corporations to do with their products. I wonder if they offer benefits to their employees other than free hot cross buns.
