That’s an interesting ad. It speaks to the base. But I wonder if the RNC gets it. Give people something to vote FOR. If they keep pounding the “We’re not them” drum, then nothing will change in D.C.

But then I’m a Culture First guy, like Andrew Klavan. I think you could get Republican majorities in the House & Senate, win the White House and get solid Constitutionalists at SCOTUS.

As long as the Left is the majority voice in the Cultural Influence Professions, nothing will change.

This is my senator. In those moments when I lose perspective, and think for a moment that I’m not cursed among men, I remember that brute fact.

As a Minnesotan, I’ve gotten used to having liberal representation. Even crazy representation. But this is cosmic. This is existential. It’s as if I had magically passed through the TV screen and entered Comedy Sketch World, where my boss is Tim Conway and the host at my hotel is John Cleese, and Benny Hill is trying to pull my teeth.
